As I was leaving the Toronto Poetry Slam last Saturday, I saw art pieces done on brown kraft paper covering advertisements and billboards around the area. The project was part of an event sponsored by the Toronto Public Space Committee called Art Attack! which brought together artists from across Toronto to create fun pieces of art at the Gladstone Hotel, and then use those same pieces of art to cover the sprawl of ads around the city.
