Built in 1916, the historic Elaine Bagley Neff bungalow is a beautifully maintained example of an Arts & Crafts bungalow.
The Baldwin bungalows, built by Nathaniel Baldwin for his radio factory employees, although more modest in scale and decoration, represent a significant phase in the history of the Evergeen Avenue neighborhood.

This is another new arts & crafts style house. The stone cladding and large windows make this a particularly attractive home. The view from those windows is probably worth as much as the house, since it overlooks the river and Bessborough Hotel.
